By simply placing an order, each customer implicitly and fully complies with the present general conditions. With the goal of satisfying the customer, we may modify the following sales conditions as well as its product range.
When an order is placed with Express Eats the customer agrees and is bound to pay in full for the goods and services requested, once the order is submitted all sales are final. Unless something is missing or incorrect on your order the order can neither be exchanged nor taken back to the restaurant once it has been received by Express Eats and placed with the restaurant.
The orders are delivered directly to the specified addresses in the shortest possible time. We will not be held responsible for any errors or late or failed delivery in the event the information given by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate or if the delivery driver cannot access the premises or the customer is absent at the time of delivery. Any orders requiring an extra delivery will incur supplementary delivery charges. We decline all responsibility if the products are not consumed immediately. The estimated delivery time may change as it is subject to delays due to inclement weather or traffic delays, overload of orders at any given time, or a restaurant was busy and took longer than expected to prepare the order.
Delivery Fee: Our Delivery Fee starts at $3.99 and increases to $8.99 which is decided by the distance between the restaurant that you are placing an order from to your address entered for delivery.
If you are outside of our area of delivery or are located further than 8 miles from the restaurant of your choice the delivery fee will be more expensive due to the extra time and resources spent to deliver the further distance.
Fast Food Restaurant Fee: This fee applies to restaurants that Express Eats is not affiliated with. In order to offer our customers delivery from these restaurants we must charge this fee to the customer. It does not apply to all restaurants.
3. Delivery and Drivers
We choose only friendly, trustworthy and polite drivers we can find so your interactions with us are always enjoyable!
5. Sales Products
The menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.
There are two methods of payment:
Payment upon delivery. For security reasons, our delivery drivers only carry a small amount of change.
b. Credit or debit card
We offer you the possibility of paying your order by credit card. Any rejection of the credit card by the banking institution may lead to the cancellation of the order or the collection of the amount owed by the customer in cash upon delivery. For security reasons, we may ask that the credit card and/or valid matching identification be presented upon delivery.
We declare that all personal data will be treated in accordance with the December 8, 1992 privacy law. By agreeing with the general sales conditions, the customer agrees to receive occasional information about products and services from us.

We require customer contact information, (such as name, phone number, address, and e-mail address). This information is only obtained when voluntarily submitted by you. Customer contact information is used when an order is placed in order for us to carry out the order. We distribute the customer's contact information to, and only to, the restaurant that the customer has placed an order. When an order is placed, the restaurant is sent an e-mail or fax with the customer's contact information so that the restaurant can ensure that their delivery and food meets the customer's expectations.
We continually monitor our website for errors and if one occurs, information about your web browser may be collected to assist us in correcting the problem.

When you visit our site, our computers may collect statistics about your visit. This information is used to monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, the user's IP address, which pages people visit, from which domains our visitors use and the browsers people use most. These statistics are used to help us improve the performance of our Web site.

Customers must provide this financial information, so that we can collect payment for services ordered on the website.
